Paprika ½ cup  
Kosher salt 5 tbs  
Pure chili powder 4 tbs  
Cracked black pepper 4 tbs  
Garlic powder 4 tbs  
Brown sugar 3 tbs  
Onion powder 2 tbs  
Dried cilantro 2 tbs  
Ground cumin 1 tbs  
Allspice 1 tbs  
Fresh lime juice ½ cup  
Extra virgin olive oil 1 cup  
Crushed garlic from a jar 1 tbs  
Kosher salt 1 tbs  
Black pepper 2 tbs  
Chopped fresh cilantro ¼ cup  
Coke 3 tbs  

Rub into meat and let set at least 2 hours.  Next cover meat with marinade and put in frig for at least 8 hours or over night.

Cook over hot coals.
